Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr thinks Toronto Raptors small forward Pascal Siakam looks like a young Draymond Green.

Both Siakam and Green are versatile players who impact the game on both ends of the floor even if they aren't scoring the ball well. The Raptors and Warriors meet in the NBA Finals, which start on Thursday in Toronto.

Siakam and Green will probably be matched up against each other.

Siakam is a finalist for the 2019 Most Improved Player of the Year award. He averaged 16.9 points, 6.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists during the regular season while shooting 54.9 percent from the field, 36.9 percent from beyond the arc and 78.5 percent from the free-throw line.

In the Raptors' Eastern Conference playoff run, Siakam put up 18.7 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists. For Toronto to pull off the upset against the Warriors, they will need Siakam to play at a very high level for 48 minutes.

For the Warriors, Green has been his usual productive self in the postseason. He averaged 13.6 points, 9.9 rebounds and 8.2 assists in the Western Conference playoffs while shooting 52.1 percent from the floor.

It's going to be exciting to watch Siakam, an up-and-coming player, go up against Green, a three-time All-Star and NBA champion.
