Despite earning an invite to the NBA's Rising Stars Challenge during All-Star Weekend, Detroit Pistons second-year small forward Svi Mykhailiuk still has a long way to go after he was embarrassed by Toronto Raptors All-Star point guard Kyle Lowry on Friday (via Dime).

A behind-the-back dribble move from the 33-year-old champion floor general Lowry found the Pistons forward on the floor, leading to room in the paint for the Raptors guard to attempt an easily layup (when Andre Drummond was called for goaltending).

Mykhailiuk is in his second season in the league after the Los Angeles Lakers selected him in the second round of the 2018 NBA Draft, later trading him to the Pistons halfway through his rookie year in the deadline deal for swingman Reggie Bullock.

While Svi Mykhailiuk was honored with an invite to the rookie-sophomore game in two weeks, one rite of passage for every NBA player is seemingly being on the wrong end of a highlight, like this crossover from Kyle Lowry.
