The last few weeks for the Baltimore Ravens have been a mess with three straight losses and now there the rumors have really picked up that John Harbaugh could be on his way out. Harbaugh has been with the Ravens for 11 years and it seems like a playoff berth is a must if he wants to save his job, and there is a chance that might not even be enough.

Harbaugh was asked about all the reports and he said it's not something he is concerned about because it's all just noise and doesn't really matter.

“It’s just noise. It doesn’t matter. It means nothing,” Harbaugh said via Jamison Hensley of ESPN. “It’s not something that I’m going to think about or concern myself with. Neither are the players, neither is Steve [Bisciotti, team owner], neither is Kevin [Byrne, executive vice president of public & community relations] or Ozzie [Newsome, general manager,] or anybody else.

“You know what we want to do as an organization? We want to win — that’s what we want to do. We want to win. We’re fighting as hard as we can — coaches, players –- as an organization to win. That’s it. All the other stuff — who cares?”

If the team does decide to move on from Harbaugh after this season, it probably won't be the end of his head coaching days. if he doesn't want it to be. There should be plenty of head coaching jobs this open this offseason including Cleveland and maybe in Denver too.

The next few weeks should go a long way in deciding his feature and that starts against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday.
