Russell Westbrook has taken a step back from his unconscious season-long MVP-caliber performance by enjoying the simpler things in life during his vacation in San Jose Del Cabo.
The Oklahoma City Thunder point guard was blown away by this giant tortoise (apparently named “Priscilla”) and couldn't hold back his awe.
“This big turtle not playin' no games,” Westbrook said. “Sheesh!”

While many have marveled how a man his size can pull off triple-doubles night in and night out, Westbrook was rather shocked by even the smallest of wonders that mother nature can offer.
The Thunder were eliminated by the Houston Rockets in the first round of last season's Western Conference playoffs, so if there's a moral to be learned from this is a fairly simple one.
Slow and steady wins the race.
