The Seattle Seahawks suffered a tough loss this past Saturday against the Dallas Cowboys at AT&T Stadium, but head coach Pete Carroll isn't hitting the panic button in regards to the team's future.

The Seahawks far exceeded expectations this season after losing numerous defensive stars, including Michael Bennett, Kam Chancellor and Earl Thomas, as well as star tight end Jimmy Graham. Seattle appears to be hanging tight in regards to holding all aspects of their team where they are. Last season the Seahawks did a complete 180 in terms of switching their coaching staff up aside from Carroll.

The Seahawks found success with defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr. and offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer. The Seahawks had a solid defense and linebacker Bobby Wagner led the stop unit all season. On the other side of the ball, the offense paced the league in rushing yards and rushing yards per game with Schottenheimer calling the plays in his first season as the team's offensive coordinator.

Seattle's offensive line stepped up in a major way in comparison to last season which, was a huge part of the team's success. Running backs Chris Carson, Mike Davis, and Rashaad Penny formed a fantastic combination, along with Russell Wilson in the run game. It's no surprise Carroll is content and wants to see how the success for Seattle will play out. The only thing Seattle can do now is sign players and look to have a successful draft as they often do.
