JaVale McGee and Shaquille O'Neal share one of the more uncommon relationships in the NBA. Their tie pretty much revolves around the Hall-of-Famer making fun of the Golden State Warriors center's questionable on court plays.

Recently, McGee took to his Instagram account to share his latest unique haircut. Despite O'Neal's offer to not include him in five straight Shaqtin' A Fool episodes, he couldn't help but make a quick joke about his new hairdo.

McGee didn't take the joke lightly as he fired back with a picture of The Diesel wearing a chicken hat and comparing him to Bert Williams, who was the first black comedic star in Broadway.

Many thought his response was a low blow, as it disrespected the pioneer of black entertainers. Williams played small roles in the era of Minstrel and Vaudeville shows as long as he had a job and did so with pride. Williams also paved the way for other black actors and musicians to be hired in Broadway, dying at a young age caused by depression and stress.

O'Neal is known for being an outspoken person and is expected to also respond to McGee's tweet. Should that be the case, it might be the start of a back-and-forth many people will pay a lot of attention to.
