Philadelphia 76ers point guard and one of the stars of the team Ben Simmons seems to be enjoying the night life with other NBA players. According to Sixers beat writer Keith Pompey, in a recent Instagram post Simmons is dressed up for a night out with fellow NBA players, most of which are Cleveland Cavaliers.
Now here is where it gets a bit controversial. Simmons posted the photo and added the comment “June 30th midnight”. Now, the new era of free agency will start on July 1 as the comment of June 30 could be hinting on Simmons potentially trying to recruit one of the biggest stars in the NBA. Could Simmons be trying to recruit the LeBron James into joining the Philadelphia 76ers?

James will hit the free agency market after the season comes to a close, as tons of teams will have the chance of claiming the NBA star. It seems as if as well that James has not been too comfortable with the Cavs as of late with the drama in the locker room and cleaning house.
If James is going to jump ship in the upcoming offseason, could he consider a move to the Sixers? There is talent all around the team as they currently sit in 7th place in the Eastern Conference and adding another star to the team could make them a legit threat in the NBA.
Currently the 76ers are relying heavily on Simmons and Joel Embiid who have built this team from the ground up. The Sixers have proved a lot this year so far and might gain some interest in LeBron's caliber of play style. Could this controversial photo be the truth of where LeBron goes in the offseason?
