The Philadelphia 76ers have finally won on the road, snapping their nine-game losing streak by beating the Sacramento Kings.

The Brett Brown-led squad defeated the Kings at Golden 1 Center on Thursday, 125-108.

Per Sixers Stats, it's their first win in Sacramento since December 30, 2015. The 76ers are also 8-1 whenever they score at least 120 points.

The 76ers are still without the services of Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid. Against the Kings, Tobias Harris led the way with 28 points and 14 rebounds. Five other players scored in double digits including Shake Milton with 20 points, Al Horford with 18 points as well as eight rebounds and six assists, and Alec Burks with 17.

Overall, it was a great bounce-back win from their two straight defeats to the LA Clippers and the Los Angeles Lakers. The 76ers will end their four-game California road trip on Saturday against the Golden State Warriors.

Analysts have criticized the 76ers for their subpar record despite the talent they possess. They currently sport a 38-25 record for fifth in the East. Critics believe that given that they have two All-Stars and a bunch of reliable veterans in their roster, they should be among the top teams in the league. They shouldn't be just a mid-tier team given all the big moves they've made for the past few seasons.

Be as it may, their win at Sacramento may boost their confidence in the last 19 games of the regular season. The team's healthy is a concern, too. It would be hard to go deep into the playoffs without Embiid and Simmons in the fold.
