Now that Ben Roethlisberger has officially retired, the Pittsburgh Steelers need to start the search for their next star quarterback. Interestingly, running back Najee Harris has some suggestions in mind.

Speaking in a recent interview with CBS Sports, Harris named three QBs he wants to replace Big Ben in Pittsburgh. Unsurprisingly, he named Aaron Rodgers alongside Deshaun Watson and Jimmy Garoppolo.

“Deshaun Watson is always in there. Aaron Rodgers, I like. Even guys like Jimmy G, I like him too. Just a guy that wants to come in there and compete,” Harris said.

For what it's worth, Aaron Rodgers has long been linked with the Steelers, a rumor further fueled by the veteran QB's admiration for head coach Mike Tomlin as well as their past interactions. Rodgers has yet to indicate that he wants to leave the Green Bay Packers, though he did say recently that he doesn't want to be part of a rebuild if the team takes that route.

Meanwhile, Deshaun Watson is currently facing 22 lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior. The Houston Texans are expected to trade him, but the question is his availability and what the team wants in return.

On the other hand, Jimmy Garoppolo could be an intriguing pick for the Steelers if he is available. He has led the San Francisco 49ers to the Conference Championship this 2021 season, which might push the Niners to keep him despite previous rumors that they could move on from him to start a new era with Trey Lance.

The Steelers certainly have some decisions to make this offseason as they look to find Ben Roethlisberger's replacement. Fortunately, they have intriguing assets like Najee Harris and head coach Mike Tomlin that could attract top-tier QBs to consider signing with the team.
