The Golden State Warriors have seen the immediate results of having a healthy Kevin Durant for a deep playoff run, after having been sidelined for half of the first round and limited to 20 minutes as he came back from injury.

Stephen Curry, who has come from back-to-back MVP seasons, was asked if he felt sorry for other teams now that his team has another bona fide scorer like Durant in their everyday lineup.

“Nah,” Curry responded, per the Fast Break blog of the San Jose Mercury News.

Durant has had four 30-plus-point performances during his nine postseason games with his new team, dropping 33 and 10 on Saturday night to put the Warriors up 3-0 in the series.

His 19 points in the third quarter changed the scope of the game, turning it from a back-and-forth affair to a landslide double-digit lead that put the Spurs' hopes to rest.

“The run he had in the third was a clinic on scoring the basketball,” said Curry. “His versatility commands a lot of attention.”

Golden State will need every bit of Durant and Curry for Game 4 on Monday, hoping to close out the series and get an extra day of rest with the Cleveland Cavaliers boasting the same pace in the East.
