Previously, Terron Armstead and Chris Harris Jr. rounded out numbers 70-61 on my NFL's Top 100 Players list. If you haven't checked out the previous players, here they are:

NFL's Top 100 Players: 100-91

NFL's Top 100 Players: 90-81

NFL's Top 100 Players: 80-71

NFL's Top 100 Players: 70-61

60. Carson Wentz

Carson Wentz has shown he can be a phenomenal quarterback in the NFL when he's healthy. Availability is the best ability and Wentz has been unable to stay on the field in his last two seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles.

In the last two seasons, Wentz has missed eight regular-season games and has yet to play in a playoff game. Wentz's stats speak for themselves but if he can maintain his health in 2019, there's no doubt that he'll be higher on the list in 2020.

59. Yannick Ngakoue

Among the NFL's best pass-rushers, Yannick Ngakoue of the Jacksonville Jaguars is one of the most underrated in the league. The Jaguars drafted Ngakoue in the third round of the 2016 NFL Draft.

In his first three seasons, Ngakoue has been one of the most consistent players when it comes to getting to the quarterback. Ngaokue has 29.5 sacks, 29 tackles for loss, 10 forced fumbles, and he's only 24 years old.

3 numbers to target for Buccaneers receiver Mike Evans in 2019

58. Mike Evans

The first wide receiver to make the list is Mike Evans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Evans' combination of size and speed has made him one of the league's best receivers.

Since coming into the NFL in 2014, Evans has had five straight seasons of having over one-thousand yards receiving. In 2019, Evans should have another successful season with Bruce Arians in Tampa Bay.

57. Jared Goff

The hate for Jared Goff is unreal among fans and the media alike. With the Los Angeles Rams in the last two seasons, Goff has made the playoffs twice and the Super Bowl last year.

In each of the past two seasons, Goff has drastically improved his play on the field. Similar to Wentz, if Goff can improve yet again in 2019, he'll quickly be rising up the list of top 100 players.

56. Casey Hayward

The NFL has a ton of talented slot cornerbacks in the NFL but none might be better than Casey Hayward. The Los Angeles Chargers cornerback can also be dangerous on the outside as well.

Hayward didn't have the numbers that he's used to in 2018 but he still played at a high-level. In the past three seasons, Hayward has 11 interceptions and 50 pass deflections.

Casey Hayward

55. Geno Atkins

Geno Atkins has been one of the most consistent interior defenders in the NFL for years now. The Cincinnati Bengals got a steal in Atkins after drafting him in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft.

Atkins may be playing the best football of his career in the past four seasons. In those four seasons, Atkins has 39 sacks and 53 tackles for loss.

54. Rodney Hudson

The Oakland Raiders may have had a disappointing season in 2018 but Rodney Hudson still dominated. Centers aren't given the respect they deserve and Hudson is one of the best in the NFL.

According to PFF, Hudson has received an 80 or higher pass-protection grade in the last eight seasons—including a 90.8 grade in 2018.

53. Ben Roethlisberger

Despite all of the drama in the locker room last year, Ben Roethlisberger had one of his best seasons in the NFL. The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback has been one of the best quarterbacks since 2004.

Roethlisberger is 37-years old but he still can produce at a high-level in 2019. Last season, he threw for 5,129 yards and 34 touchdowns.

T.Y. Hilton

52. T.Y. Hilton

The next receiver to make the list is T.Y. Hilton of the Indianapolis Colts. Hilton has been Andrew Luck's favorite weapon for plenty of seasons now.

Hilton is severely underrated when it comes to talking about the best receivers. Last season, Hilton had 76 receptions for 1,270 yards and six touchdowns.

51. David Bakhtiari

Just outside the top 50 is David Bakhtiari of the Green Bay Packers. It is crucial for the Packers to protect Aaron Rodgers and Bakhtiari is the one protecting his blindside.

Last season, PFF gave Bakhtiari the honors of being named the NFL's best pass-blocker with a pass-blocking grade of a 93.6 in 2018.
