Russell Westbrook was dismissive of his Flagrant 1 foul against rookie Bogdan Bogdanovic during Tuesday night's game against the Sacramento Kings.

The Thunder lost a third straight game and Westbrook's flagrant added insult to injury, as he was called for the foul while coming down from a heavily-contested jump shot, with his right arm hitting the young shooting guard in the face.

Upon review, the officials deemed it a Flagrant 1, leaving Westbrook scratching his head at the call.

“What flagrant? I don't know, man. Stop asking me every time it's a flagrant. I have no idea, bro,” said a frustrated Westbrook after the game, according to Fred Katz of The Norman Transcript. “I'm not about to get into it and going back and forth with you or the refs. I'm done with that. I've moved on, man. I'm worried about taking care of our team, and that's all I'm worried about. So, you may wanna ask the refs or something. If you wanna get more in depth. I'm not gonna go in depth about every call, the play that happened on the floor. Just moving on.”

Westbrook was called for a similar “Flagrant” foul at the start of last season, after his heel hit a trailing player in the groin upon descending from his jump shot motion. Most recently, Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors was assessed a Flagrant 1 after contact with his off-arm trying to finish a layup against the Miami Heat.
