Injuries are an unfortunate part of training camp and the Tennessee Titans have their first injury already. Derrick Henry left practice on Saturday with an injury to his leg.

According to Rotoworld Football, Derrick Henry was in a walking boot after suffering injury in camp. This is not a sight that Titans fans or Mike Vrabel want to see to get things started this year.

It's uncertain what the injury is exactly but it is never welcoming to see a running back in a walking boot. Or any player on your roster for that matter.

In 2018, the Titans had a revamped rushing attack with Henry leading the way in the backfield. In 12 starts, Henry rushed for 1,059 yards on 215 carries and 12 touchdowns.

One of those touchdowns came on a 99-yard scamper that was one of the most impressive runs you'll see a running back make. The Alabama product helped lead Tennessee to have the seventh-best rushing offense in 2018.

Henry had the best season of his young pro career but the expectations are high in his second season as the starting running back. Hopefully, an injury doesn't hold him back from having a healthy season in 2019.

Having a walking boot could just be a precaution and you can't assume anything when it comes to injuries. Although, losing Henry for an extended period of time would be detrimental to the Titans.

This season will be very telling for Marcus Mariota and the Titans and having Henry available will be crucial. It may be a minor injury still but seeing Henry in a walking boot to begin training camp is not ideal.
