The opening round NBA playoff series between the Thunder and Mavericks was feisty from the get go. Between flagrant fouls to the head, trash talk from rookies, and then outspoken Dallas owner Mark Cuban dissing Russell Westbrook, this series certainly had a rivalry feeling to it.

Speaking of that Cuban burn on Westbrook, Kevin Durant had something to say about Cuban's comment that the Thunder point guard Russell was “not a superstar” before Game 5.

Not that there was much chance at all of Dallas landing Durant in upcoming free agency, but if there was even a sliver of hope for the Mavs, it's safe to say that Cuban burned that bridge.

Oklahoma City moves on in the playoffs after a 4-1 series victory over Dallas to face the Spurs in round two.
