Andrew Wiggins sure picked a great time to come out with one of the best performances of his entire career. On Friday night, the All-Star forward led the entire game in rebounds after collecting a career-high 16 boards for the Golden State Warriors. There is no doubt that Wiggins' activity on the glass was integral to the Dubs' 107-97 win over the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

After the game, Wiggins revealed the simple motivation that led to his career night. The Warriors star did not complicate things too much:

“I want to win,” Wiggins said, via Anthony Slater of The Athletic. “I know rebounding is a big part of that. I just want to win.”

Thanks to his strong play, the Warriors did escape with a crucial victory in TD Garden to tie the series at 2-2. Wiggins knew what was on the line for his team in this one as going down 3-1 in the series just wasn't going to be acceptable.

Game 5 now shifts back to Golden State and you can be sure that the adoring home crowd will be giving the former Rookie of the Year a hero's welcome.
