Klay Thompson is hurt and disappointed he didn't make it to the NBA Top 75 Greatest Players list, and his Golden State Warriors teammate Draymond Green thinks he has every right to be.

After the final 25 names on the list were revealed on Tuesday, Thompson took it to social media to share his displeasure about what he believes is a huge snub on him. On Instagram, the Warriors star wrote: “Maybe I'm just naive in my ability to play basketball, but in my head I'm top 75 all time.”

Green, who also didn't make the cut despite being a Defensive Player of the year and three-time champion, understands what Thompson is feeling. He also expressed his belief that Thompson should have been in the list since he is a definite Top 50 player of all time.

To be fair, Klay Thompson had a legitimate case of making it to the Top 75 list. After all, he is considered one of the greatest shooters of all time who has not only set records but also won championships. He is a key player in one of the most dominant runs in NBA history, and without him, the Warriors couldn't have won three titles from 2015 to 2018.

However, such as the case in other NBA voting with a limited number of players making it, there was bound to be a snub all along. His situations can probably be compared to Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili, who also didn't make the list despite forming one of the winningest trio in league history and winning multiple championships.

For what it's worth, Draymond Green and Klay can definitely use the snub to fuel what is brewing to be another phenomenal season for the Warriors.
