Despite the big news involving his own team, Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors did not forget about his younger brother Seth Curry, who recently sealed a deal with the Portland Trail Blazers.

Steph, via his Twitter account, shared a news article about his brother's recent signing with the Blazers, a deal worth $5.6 million for two years:

Seth Curry, 27-years-old, entered the league in 2013 as an undrafted prospect. From then on, has jumped from the NBA to the G-League, switching from team to team in a span of five years.

In the G-League, he played for the Santa Cruz Warriors and Erie BayHawks. In the NBA, he has played for the Memphis Grizzlies, Cleveland Cavaliers, Phoenix Suns, Sacramento Kings, and more recently the Dallas Mavericks.

It seemed that Curry found a home in Dallas. Two years ago, in the 2016-2017 season, Curry posted a career best of 12.8 points per game, 2.7 assists, logging in 29 minutes per contest in 70 games. Just like his brother, he proved that he's a marksman from 3-point land, draining two per game in 4.6 attempts. However, he was forced to miss all of last season with a fractured left tibia, which required him to go under the needle in February.

Now, Curry seems fully healed and ready to go. With the Blazers, he will most likely play as a backup guard for C.J. McCollum or Damian Lillard. His signing is seen as an effort for the Blazers to add more sharpshooters to their roster. Prior to Curry, the Blazers also signed Nik Stauskas — the sharpshooting guard from Michigan who was selected 8th overall in the 2014 draft — to a one-year deal.
