There's a rising rivalry in the Western Conference. The six-game slugfest between the Golden State Warriors and the Memphis Grizzlies last season seems like the start of a feud between the two teams. Both teams seemed extra motivated to crush their opponents during that game. In the end, Stephen Curry and the Dubs prevailed, but that isn't going to be the end of this rivalry.

Curry sure seems like he's taking that rivalry seriously. The Warriors star attended a celebrity golf tournament along with other sports icons. During the tournament, Curry was thrown a ball with the Grizzlies logo in it. Steph took a look at it, laughed, and then proceeded to punt the ball back to the crowd. (via House of Highlights)

We say punt, but Curry didn't get much distance with that measly kick. At the very least, we know that there's ONE thing the Warriors star isn't good at: kicking.

Stephen Curry and the Warriors had perhaps the greatest redemption story in the 2022 playoffs. Two years after they languished at the bottom of the league, they blitzed their way to the NBA Finals. There, they knocked out the Boston Celtics in six games to win their fourth NBA title and Curry' first Finals MVP.

The road to a repeat championship is significantly harder this time around. Many of their key role players have left town for greener pastures. Already, people are thinking that their path to the chip is near-impossible.

Never, ever, count out Curry and the Warriors though. Critics already made that mistake once, and they made them pay for it.
