With just less than a month to go before the new season tips off, Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry is making the final rounds of his summer promotional tours. The two-time MVP flew a considerable distance to visit the basketball-crazed nation of the Philippines as part of his Under Armour Asian Tour.

This is already Curry's second trip to the Southeast Asian nation, but the reception he had from adoring fans was still unequaled. Addressing the local press, the 30-year-old expressed how grateful he was to be back in the country.

“It feels great to be back here after three years,” said Curry, via Michael Angelo S. Murillo of BusinessWorld. “There is so much support here in the Philippines and across Southeast Asia for what we do on the court and what I do and what I represent.”

It appears that on his second visit, Curry intends to do much more than just promote his new pair of Under Armour kicks.

“This time I have more time here to enjoy the culture and the city,” he said.

Curry still has a few more weeks to go before things heat up again. The Warriors are on a quest to win their third straight title, and their fourth in five years. With new recruit DeMarcus Cousins in the mix, the Dubs have only gotten stronger.

For the time being though, Curry can still enjoy the rest of his vacation.
