Steve Kerr and the Golden State Warriors take on the Charlotte Hornets on Wednesday, the 19th straight game the Dubs will play without superstar point guard Stephen Curry, who is out with a broken hand.

Kerr and the Warriors are used to being without Curry since he was hurt in the fourth game of the season. However, Kerr admits being in Curry's hometown of Charlotte without the sharpshooter is “weird.”

Steph broke his hand on Oct. 30 and underwent surgery on Nov. 1. The Warriors' floor general told reporters in November he “definitely” expects to return at some point this season.

Before he got hurt, Curry was putting up 20.3 points, 5.0 rebounds and 6.5 assists per game while shooting 40.9 percent from the field, 24.3 percent from beyond the arc and a perfect 100 percent from the free-throw line.

Curry signed a five-year, $201 million deal with the Warriors back in the summer of 2017. He’s making $40.2 million this season.

By the time Curry is cleared to play, the Warriors will likely be way out of the playoff picture. However, Steph is a competitor and wants to be out there with his teammates if he can play.

Golden State has the worst record in the league right now at 4-18.
