Golden State Warriors rookie power forward Jordan Bell made headlines once again for his bravado on the court. This time, it was directed toward the Chicago Bulls following an and-1 late in the game during the Warriors' blowout victory.

Bell has taken flak for his recent antics during those types of situations. However, head coach Steve Kerr does not seem to be perturbed by it, according to Connor Letourneau of the San Francisco Chronicle.

“It didn't surprise me.We saw what he did in Dallas with the dunk off the backboard. He's brash and I think it's good. There's going to be times were, and last night was one of them, where I would've preferred him maybe to tone it down a bit. But it's good for the rookie to come in, be aggressive and confident and want to play, want to talk a little trash. I'm good with that. I get a little bit nervous when we're in a rout and the other team is obviously having a tough time You don't want to rub it in. I don't know if he understands that. That's something a 52-year-old man thinks about, not a 22-year-old kid.”

Although Steve Kerr acknowledged that he was displeased with Jordan Bell's “money sign” trash-talk, the Bulls may have had it coming after they sold his draft rights to the Warriors prior to the 2017-18 NBA season — which Bell also acknowledged.

While some would understandably condemn the rookie for his late-game antics, Kerr has embraced the fire that Bell plays with, regardless of the situation.

In all fairness, it was the first meaningful action Jordan Bell had seen after being listed as a healthy inactive in four of the previous five games. Pair that with going against the team that essentially snubbed him and trash-talk was almost an inevitability. With the Warriors likely to blow out their fair share of teams this year, it does not look as if Bell will be toning it down anytime soon.
