Like they never left, the Warriors have once again reached championship form. Golden State is just one win away from moving past the Mavericks and reaching the team's fifth NBA Finals appearance since 2016. On the verge of a sweep against Luka Doncic Mavs, the Warriors look unstoppable with a ‘ship in close reach.

Despite being on the doorstep of another title, Warriors fans were left with a scare after key roleplayer Otto Porter Jr. went down with a foot injury in Game 3 of the West Conference Finals. A clip of the injury online show Porter Jr.'s expressions in which he seemed to be in serious pain:

Despite what the clip shows, Steve Kerr told the media Otto Porter Jr. has recovered well and his condition is “definitely good news,” per Anthony Slater.

Porter, who originally strained his foot in the Warriors' series versus Memphis, and is officially listed as doubtful for Game 4 versus the Mavs. The former Georgetown Hoya has averaged 5 points, 4 rebounds and two assists in 20 minutes per game throughout the 2022 playoffs.

His defense has also assisted in the Warriors making quick work of powerful offenses led by Ja Morant and Luka Doncic. The Warriors have the sixth ranked defensive rating in this year's postseason, and the second best in the Western Conference.

It seems as though all signs point towards Porter making a quick return to the court, and with the NBA Finals around the corner and two tough eastern conference contenders ahead, the Warriors will need contribution from every man on the roster.
