The Golden State Warriors closed out the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday, thanks in large part to another legendary Game 6 showing from Klay Thompson and a huge performance from Kevon Looney. Sure enough, the rest of the NBA couldn't help but be in awe of the incredible displays they have just witnessed.

Thompson got off to a hot start and continued the legend of “Game 6 Klay” with 30 points on 8-of-14 shooting from the 3-point line. He also had eight rebounds and three blocks in the 110-96 victory for the Warriors.

Upon seeing him carry the Warriors, the likes of Denver Nuggets star Jamal Murray and former NBA player Antonius Cleveland certainly became big believers.

Meanwhile, Kevon Looney had a monster game himself. Unlike Klay Thompson who did the damage offensively, the big man played his role to perfection en route to 22 rebounds. The Grizzlies simply had no answer for him as he created several opportunities for the Warriors.

Unsurprisingly, CJ McCollum and Kyle Kuzma, among many others, gave him props.

The Warriors are now moving on to the Western Conference Finals, something that they are really familiar with after dominating the second half of the past decade. Hopefully, fans get to see more of Thompson's hot shooting and Looney's big games in the next round.
