The Golden State Warriors will likely not buy or sell at this year's trade deadline, but they will be expected to make one last addition to their already-stacked roster after moves through the NBA have been made, according to ESPN+ Insider Bobby Marks.

The two-time defending champions are hoping to make the most of the buyout market, looking for players that have been waived following trades and making the most of the spoils.

According to Marks, the Warriors have only made five trades since their championship run first started in 2014-15. Two of them include the acquisitions of Patrick McCaw in 2016 and Jordan Bell in 2017 during draft night, both a result of their lack of draft assets in each year.

Golden State already has a star-studded starting lineup and capable bench pieces, yet still boast an open roster spot after the team failed to match the Cleveland Cavaliers for McCaw.

The Warriors could look to add a wing, as Alfonzo McKinnie's production (and minutes) has slightly dropped since the start of the season. McKinnie started the season shooting a rousing 50 percent from deep, but has shot less than 30 percent since he went down to injury and missed nine straight games.

Another possibility is to further bolster their depth at the center spot, given DeMarcus Cousins' fragile state after coming back from a year-long injury and Kevon Looney being the only capable big man to replace him.

If any of the two go down to an injury in the last 30 games of the regular season, it would thrust Jordan Bell into a role he's been uncomfortable playing all season.

Chicago Bulls center Robin Lopez has been linked to the Warriors before, though it seems the franchise is keen on exploring a potential trade before discussing a buyout with the 7-foot veteran.
