The Washington Wizards and Atlanta Hawks are not at the top of the Eastern Conference standings this season, making Monday evening's affair quite the lackluster matchup. However, for those lucky enough to be tuned in early on, Wizards guard Jordan McRae gave NBA fans something to cheer about by posterizing a pair of Hawks defenders.

The journeyman guard made minced meat of those attempting to block this jam as McRae was determined to slam this one home.

With Wizards starting point guard John Wall once again on the shelf due to injury, McRae has received yet another opportunity to play on the world's biggest stage. A veteran of the league despite moving around pretty consistently over the years, McRae has already made 14 regular season appearances for the Wizards thus far into the 2018-19 campaign. Over the course of a mere 6.8 minutes per game, while always coming off the bench for the Wizards, the 27-year-old guard is currently averaging 3.1 points, 0.9 rebounds, 0.4 assists and 0.3 steals per outing this time around.

For his NBA career as a whole, McRae has made a total of 72 regular season appearances atop the highest level en route to starting just five of those games. Over the course of 9.3 minutes per game, McRae is averaging 4.2 points and one rebound per outing. As it stands today, McRae has suited up for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Phoenix Suns in addition to the Wizards.
