With two picks in the first round of the NFL Draft, Philadelphia has the assets necessary to trade with the 49ers.
Samuel would be a monster in the Eagles' offense. Philadelphia would suddenly have multiple threats in the passing game while Jalen Hurts continues to develop. Meanwhile, the 49ers get back in the first round where they can possibly find Deebo Samuel's replacement.
The Indianapolis Colts are in dire need of wide receivers, making Deebo Samuel the perfect acquisition for this franchise right now. One key issue is this franchise doesn't have great draft capital right now. Even so, the front office should be making seeking a trade with the 49ers. Samuel would elevate the passing game to new heights and improve Indianapolis' chances of taking over the AFC South once again.

For whatever reason, the New England Patriots have failed to get a grasp on acquiring wide receivers for several years now. That can all change though if the front office can persuade the 49ers to agree to a trade for Deebo Samuel. An elite receiver is missing from this team right now and Samuel's presence would only help in developing Mac Jones.
They might not be a playoff contender right now, but Deebo Samuel would be an amazing fit with the New York Jets. He'd line up with Elijah Moore and Corey Davis, giving New York a legitimate trio in the passing game. Additionally, Zach Wilson would have an elite group of receivers to work with. If this franchise hopes to make a leap in the win column, the front office should be on the phone with the 49ers right now.
The Jets could walk out of the offseason with a massive upgrade to their receiver room while improving the offensive line as well. Although the defense might suffer another season, New York's offense would catapult near “elite” status as long as Wilson improves his gameplay. Additionally, the 49ers would likely receive a nice package to restructure the roster moving forward.
