It's no secret that Deebo Samuel is looking to be traded from the San Francisco 49ers. The star wide receiver requested a trade last week amid reports of a contract extension with the team. However, there might be a scorching hot update in the saga that only a few people know about — one of those people being Odell Beckham Jr.
Beckham posted a wildly cryptic tweet Friday afternoon claiming that Samuel let him in on “the tea.”

The two have a great amount of respect for one another, so it makes sense that the 49ers stud might confide in the star wide receiver. Of course, you can't help but wonder if maybe Samuel talked to Beckham because they could be an iconic receiving duo for a team shortly.
Beckham, a recent Super Bowl champion with the Los Angeles Rams, is a free agent. Both receivers are looking for their next place of employment this offseason.
Future and established wide receivers are flying around the league this weekend as teams secure players in the 2022 NFL Draft. The Philadelphia Eagles secured their newest receiver, AJ Brown, in a mid-draft trade with the Tennessee Titans. Meanwhile, teams like the Green Bay Packers are headed into the second round with a huge vacancy at the position.
It's unclear where either star will end up this offseason. However, there is a chance that the 49ers' tea spills before the end of the 2022 NFL Draft.
