With their come-from-behind victory over the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday, the Philadelphia 76ers have already tied their win total from last season, when they finished with a dismal 10-72 record.

Although they still have the third worst record in the league today, reaching 10 victories through their first 35 games can already be considered a small win for the franchise especially with the uncertainties within their lineup and the injury to Ben Simmons prior to the start of the campaign.

Much of the Sixers' success can be attributed to the strong play of Joel Embiid who has proven to the team's top brass that he is worth the wait the past two years. Their veterans have also stepped up this season with the likes of Robert Covington and Ersan Ilyasova contributing decent numbers for the team night in and night out.

Asked what's next for the 76ers this season, Embiid revealed his goal for the team and said that making it to the playoffs is something he feels is within reach for them. However, he kept his expectations realistic as he knows one of the lower seeds is what they're only capable of competing for at this point.

With 45 more games for them to play, the Sixers are currently ranked 13th in the Eastern Conference and are eight wins away from the 8th seeded Washington Wizards.
