Fightful Select confirms that eleven additional names are part of the AEW Fight Forever roster. The roster, which reportedly currently has only about 50 wrestlers so far, will definitely miss a lot of notable names, given that AEW has over a hundred wrestlers under contract. However, fans can rest easy knowing that the following are included in that list:

  1. Owen Hart
  2. Kenny Omega
  3. CM Punk
  4. Bryan Danielson
  5. Chris Jericho
  6. Hikaru Shida
  7. Ruby Soho
  8. Sting
  9. Darby Allin
  10. Jungle Boy
  11. Adam Cole

Among these wrestlers' names, Chris Jericho, Darby Allin, Hikaru Shida, Jungle Boy, and Kenny Omega have already been previously confirmed by Yuke's themselves. The developers have previously confirmed that Cody Rhodes, Thunder Rosa, Matt Jackson, and Nick Jackson will be part of the game. This pronouncement, however, was made before Cody Rhodes' return to WWE, so we don't know yet what the official status of the American Nightmare is with regards to the AEW Fight Forever roster at the moment.

Fightful Select also shared that Kenny Omega has been contributing a lot to the development of the game during his time away from television – fulfilling his promise that he himself will make sure that the AEW game will be of good quality. However, even with Omega's supervision, Fightful reports that the game is still rough around the edges and still needs a ton of polish. It is also reported that THQ Nordic will help in the development at a support role.
