The entire Bills Mafia held their breath when quarterback Josh Allen apparently sustained a shoulder injury to his non-throwing arm late in the first half of their Week 4 game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Allen landed awkwardly after taking a hit from Raiders defensive end Ardon Key and was escorted to the locker room by the team’s medical staff.

The Wyoming product eventually returned to the field to close out the half for the Bills by taking a knee that ended the second quarter. Allen insisted after the game that he's all good:

“It’s good,” Josh Allen said following the game, per the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle. “I just landed it on it a little funky, but it’s just the left shoulder, it’s not the right one, thank God. It’ll be all right, it’s no big deal, I played through the pain and we’ll get some treatment on it this week, but it shouldn’t inhibit anything.”

Despite the injury scare, the third-year player still managed to get his teammates involved in the offense. Josh Allen ended the game with another impressive performance of 288 passing yards and two touchdowns en route to a 30-23 win. He also rushed for a touchdown.

Wide receiver Stefon Diggs had 115 receiving yards on six receptions of his own. Sophomore running back Devin Singletary led the ground attack with 55 rushing yards on 18 carries and a scored rushing touchdown for the Bills.

Buffalo's victory against the Raiders lifted them to a hot 4-0 start, which has them atop the AFC East. The Bulls will aim to spoil the competition and deny the New England Patriots their 12th consecutive divisional crown.

The Bills are set to face the Tennessee Titans in Week 5, as long as the Titans make it past their COVID-19 outbreak. It seems as if Josh Allen will be good to go if this game goes ahead as schedule.
