To get into the Halloween spirit, Myles Garrett decorated his lawn with pretend graves that show the names and helmets of NFL quarterbacks. The decoration pokes fun at how good the two-time Pro Bowler is at taking down quarterbacks. But the Cleveland Browns' star edge rusher recently met his match.

Hall-of-Fame defensive end Bruce Smith, who owns the NFL record in career sacks with 200.0, made a quarterback graveyard of his own. The two-time Defensive Player of the Year went all out to one-up Garrett, using a wide selection of graves and fake cobwebs in front of his house. He ended his video playfully telling Garrett and the rest of the league's pass rushers to “keep hunting.”

Garrett responded to Smith's decoration, saying that the two exchanged a laugh over text.

“You know, he didn't have to go over the top like that on me,” Garrett said. “I was just trying to get some motivation for the season, put a couple guys that I got or want to get. He put everybody. Like, we know you got 150 guys in there. You don't have to flex on us like that.”

Smith's one-upmanship shows that Garrett has a long way to go if he wants to catch him. At the moment, though, Garrett is doing as good of a job as anyone could. His 9.5 sacks lead the league at the moment, and he's on pace to set a career-high in sacks this season. The Browns are third in the league in sack percentage.

The ultimate way for Garrett to get back at Smith would be to take down Josh Allen, the starting quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, where Smith played the bulk of his career. The Browns and Bills aren't on each other's regular-season schedule, though, so he'll have to hope the teams meet in the playoffs.
