The Tampa Bay Buccaneers seemed to be asleep at the wheel in their Week 10 matchup against the Washington Football Team. It was odd to see, as Washington drove the field with ease, and their defense stepped up in a big way. Head coach Bruce Arians was quick to criticize Tom Brady over his two interceptions.

According to Rick Stroud, claims that both interceptions “had nothing to do with receivers, it was (Tom Brady).” It's rare to hear such criticism on Brady, but he might have had the worst game of his career on Sunday.

Even so, it appears as though Arians has chosen to ignore that one of the interceptions bounced out of Jaelon Darden's hands. Maybe the Buccaneers coach forgot, or maybe he realizes that Tom Brady can handle criticism and his receivers can't. Either way, it's kind of a weird look to put all of the blame on the quarterback.

Arians has a history of making questionable decisions, as he put Ronald Jones in the dog house for next to no reason. Jones eventually worked his way back into a secondary role in the backfield. However, the Buccaneers don't have the most efficient run game.

Regardless, it's time for the Buccaneers to wake up as they've struggled a few times this season. Tom Brady can't throw interceptions if this franchise hopes to make another Super Bowl run.

Keep an eye on Bruce Arians and Tom Brady as the Buccaneers move on to their next matchup. They'll have a chance to right the ship in Week 11, as Tampa Bay takes on a putrid New York Giants team.
