The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are already making the necessary moves to give Tom Brady the weapons he needs to make another run at the title this coming season. Tampa Bay's latest move comes in the form of star wide receiver Chris Godwin, who is now set to remain with the Bucs for the next few years.

Multiple reports have already confirmed that Godwin has come to an agreement with the Bucs to extend his current deal for three more years. This new contract comes out to the tune of a whopping $60 million:

It is worth noting that Godwin's new deal also includes no less than $40 million worth of guaranteed money. The 26-year-old Pro-Bowl WR has been a key cog for the Bucs these past few years and he has been handsomely rewarded for his hard work.

After successfully convincing Tom Brady to come out of retirement, it is clear that Tampa Bay is not messing around. As great as he may be, the GOAT needs his best weapons out there in order for him to lead the Buccaneers to another title. Chris Godwin definitely fits that mold, and we're pretty sure Brady will be delighted with this recent development.
