The issue of the COVID-19 vaccine has been as hot as ever in and around the NBA of late. Bradley Beal and Kyrie Irving have been identified as two prominent players that are standing against the administration of the vaccine. As it turns out, however, Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is not on the same boat with Beal and Kyrie.

Giannis recently revealed that he's already gotten the vaccine as the Bucks forward expressed his reason behind his decision to do the same (h/t Bleacher Report on Twitter):

Giannis is making a lot of sense here. According to the Bucks star, his motivation behind getting vaccinated is not solely for his personal safety, but perhaps even more importantly, for the protection of his own family.

The same is not the case for Bradley Beal, however, who recently came out with a statement that he has decided to decline the vaccine. Kyrie Irving, on the other hand, has decided to stay mum on his vaccination status. Multiple reports have suggested, however, that the Nets star is also against the vaccine. Both players are clearly not on the same page with the Bucks stud.

It is clear that the issue of the COVID-19 vaccine has also had a polarizing effect within the NBA. This is truly a hot topic and it will be interesting to see how this plays out as we approach the start of the new season.
