Arizona Cardinals general manager Steve Keim expressed strong confidence in his new head coach Kliff Kingsbury.

Kingsbury, 39, left an offensive coordinate gig at USC after six years at Texas Tech to take the vacant head-coaching position with Arizona in the NFL's offseason, and he'll have the tall task of leading rookie quarterback, and first overall selection, Kyler Murray on the right track in the 21-year-old's young professional career.

The Cardinals are coming off a league-worst 3-13 record in the 2018 season.
Keim, 46, has been with the Cards organization since 1999, working his way up as a scout and player personnel executive until he was hired as the full-time GM in 2013. The Cardinals own a 52-43 record in Keim's sixth-year tenure as lead executive.
Despite the high expectations attached with the number one overall pick and a new head coach, Keim doesn't appear worried about the spotlight on Arizona or the pressure associated with the NFL for Kingsbury and his new job.
