Jaylen Brown came up big for the Boston Celtics on Wednesday night as he led his team to a 93-80 Game 5 victory against the Miami Heat. The Celtics are now 3-2 up in the series and are just one win away from booking their place in the NBA Finals. Right now, this is exactly what Brown has on his mind.

Just minutes after taking down the Heat in Game 5, Brown already has his sights set on what could potentially be a series-clinching contest on Friday night in Boston. The Celtics star made sure to deliver a strong message for his team as they look to close out this series on their own home floor:

“This is a great opportunity,” Brown said (h/t Celtics on NBC Sports Boston on Twitter). “Leave everything on the floor. You don't want any feelings of regret. We got an opportunity to do something with this group that's special, so let's not take that for granted. Let's come out Friday on our home floor and play the best version of basketball we played all season.”

Brown knows what's at stake for the Celtics on Friday night and he just wants to make sure that the entire team is on the same page. Now is not the time to relax or let up. Boston must bring out their killer mentality and end this series in Game 6.
