Boston Celtics point guard Terry Rozier says he's looking to start next season and won't settle for anything less.

Rozier is a restricted free agent this summer, meaning the Celtics can match any offer sheet a team gives to Rozier:

It's clear as day Rozier wasn't happy with his role on the Celtics this season. With star Kyrie Irving back as the starter, Rozier went back to the bench and his numbers took a big hit.

In 79 regular-season games in 2018-19, Rozier averaged 9.0 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.9 assists while shooting 38.7 percent from the field, 35.3 percent from beyond the arc and 78.5 percent from the free-throw line.

The Celtics lost to the Milwaukee Bucks in the second round of the playoffs in five games. Rozier put up just 6.4 points per game in the postseason after averaging 16.5 points in the 2018 playoffs as the starter.

If Irving decides to leave the Celtics in free agency, Boston will likely re-sign Rozier and make him the starting point guard. If Irving returns to Boston, Rozier and his camp will probably try to get a lucrative offer sheet from another team and hope the Celtics don't match it.

If the Phoenix Suns don't get Ja Morant in the 2019 NBA Draft, they are a team that could have interest in Rozier since they need a point guard.
