Patrick Mahomes makes it look easy. Before Monday night's tilt with the Los Angeles Chargers, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback was letting it rip at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, Mexico.

Watch below. Mahomes effortlessly throws a 70-yard bomb before Monday Night Football, proving that his arm strength is still unmatched.

There is a caveat to the throw. Estadio Azteca sits at 7,200 feet elevation, far higher than even Mile High in Denver, Co. The air is thinner up there, meaning that he can shot-put the ball even further. It also means that kickers can kick the ball further. Pre-game, his teammate, kicker Harrison Butker, boomed a 71-yard field goal completion.

Higher elevation or not, Mahomes has elite arm strength. Everyone knew it coming out of Texas Tech — when he won the MVP award in 2018, it was just reaffirmed. Nonetheless, the toss is still impressive.
