The LA Clippers will be without Kawhi Leonard for at least one week as he recovers from a right foot injury.

Leonard missed four games last week for the Clippers dealing with the same right foot injury. The team has called it precautionary to make sure that he's as close to 100% when the playoffs arrive. If it were a playoff game, Leonard likely be suiting up as it's just a matter of pain management for him at the moment.

Leonard has appeared in 46 games for the Clipper this season, 25.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, 5.1 assists, and 1.7 steals on 51.6 percent shooting from the field, 39.3 percent from beyond the arc, and 87.8 percent from the free throw line.

The injury just adds to the list of injuries the Clippers have already dealt with.

Leonard has missed 13 games already and will miss at least the next four games. Marcus Morris has missed 13 games. Paul George has missed 15 games. Serge Ibaka has missed 20 games (and counting). Patrick Beverley has missed 28 games (and counting).

The Clippers boast a 40-19 record through 59 games and are entering one of the lighter stretches of their season. Still, the injuries they're dealing with may end up costing them the second or even the third seed in the Western Conference.
