Ezekiel Elliot has been dealing with some minor yet annoying injuries for nearly his entire career. Just last week, he accidentally reinjured his banged-up right knee, hampering his performance a bit. Now, the Dallas Cowboys running back revealed more about this nagging knee injury he has been suffering.

Speaking to reporters after their Week 11 match against the Kansas City Chiefs, Ezekiel Elliot talked about the status of his knee injury after an incident on the field. (via Jon Machota)

“Just the same knee, the same knee injury I’ve been dealing with. It’s feeling better, but I rolled up on it, and kind of hurt it. Overall, it’s definitely getting better.”

It's a bit concerning for Cowboys fans that Ezekiel Elliot's injury seems to reappear every other week. Two weeks ago, he took a scary injury against the Denver Broncos after he reinjured that same knee. He spoke at length about how it's getting better, but after another injury scare this week, it has to be a bit more troubling now for Elliot.

“My knee feels pretty good. I probably did more today than what I’ve been doing in the past. … I just kind of took a bad fall on it during the game and it was sore, but it’s more something I just have to keep moving around, keep warm,”

The Cowboys as a whole struggled in their entire game against the Chiefs. Kansas' defense, which had been struggling entire season, shut down Elliot and the entire Dallas offense, holding them to 9 points without any touchdowns. Hopefully, Zeke comes back to form and shrugs off that knee injury en route to a deep postseason run.
