To claim the gift, players must log in to their accounts on the official website. Then, they must head over to their profile and scroll down. There should be an image there with a paperclip icon on it. Click it, and the gifts will be sent to your account in-game.

There does not seem to be an end date for when players can claim these items. However, the player should pick this gift up sooner rather than later. Once this gift disappears from the player's profile, they can no longer claim them.
