LSU Tigers cornerback Greedy Williams is excited about the NFL Draft and the conversation he had with the Atlanta Falcons, and he is confident if he is still on the board when the Falcons are on the clock with the 14th pick, he will hear his name called.

The Falcons have a massive need at cornerback and taking Williams would be a safe pick, that should be able to contribute right away. Playing in a division with Cam Newton, Jameis Winston, and Drew Brees it's important the secondary is good, and adding Williams to the mix would no doubt be a solid move.

NFL Analyst Lance Zierleln has mostly high reviews for Williams with his only knock being his inability to find the ball deep down the field, which limits his interceptions.

Long, athletic cornerback who is more smooth and fluid than twitchy and sudden in his coverage. Williams has the instincts and tools to play a variety of coverages, but his length and pattern-matching talent will likely get him drafted to handle press-man duties. His ball production dropped a little from 2017 and he continued to struggle with finding the ball downfield, but he is rarely ever out of position. He needs to get stronger and more competitive in run support, but he has the talent and traits to become a CB1.

There is always a chance the Falcons could take someone else with this pick and hope Williams falls and they can trade back up in the first round to take him later. Either way, it seems like there is a good chance that Williams could be on the Falcons at the end of Thursday night.
