Memphis Grizzlies guard Mike Conley has been one of the most consistently underrated players in the NBA for years. He's a great defender, scorer, and playmaker, and recently showed off his skillset against Collin Sexton and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Poor Sexton. That move was so aggressive that Conley almost crossed himself up — Sexton really had no chance when one thinks about it.

Kudos to Conley. He did the right thing and made the shot as well — swished it at that. You can't put someone on their butt like that then not make the shot — that's just a bad look.

The nasty move was part of a big night for Conley, who finished with 18 points on 5-of-12 shooting (8-of-8 from the foul line). He also added five rebounds and two assists, as well as three steals on the night.

Sadly for Conley and the Grizzlies, though, the strong night (and nasty move) were all for naught. They lost to the Cavaliers 112-107 behind a fantastic night from Kevin Love (32 points and 12 rebounds).

In Sexton's defense, Conley has been doing this to defenders for his entire 11-year career. Sexton's just a 20-year-old who got in his way. It's also important to note that he himself had a standout night, dropping 20 points, six rebounds, and five assists.

The Grizzlies lost, dropping them to 23-38 on the season, but Conley once again reminded everyone just how dangerous he can be on the court. Hopefully, he gets a chance to shine in the playoffs in the upcoming years, because he'll be sure to put out more highlights just like this one.
