The Atlanta Hawks made a sizable trade with the Minnesota Timberwolves, bringing back point guard Jeff Teague and also acquiring shooting guard Treveon Graham. It is a move that has brought some excitement to Atlanta, especially with Teague coming back to town after having glory days with the franchise just a few years back.

According to a report from Sarah K. Spencer of AJC, the Hawks are expecting to have both Teague and Graham available for their game on Saturday against the Detroit Pistons.

It will be interesting to see how head coach Lloyd Pierce utilizes both of his new players. Teague is a point guard, but obviously the Hawks are set at the starting position with Trae Young. That means that the veteran point guard will likely end up coming off the bench, as will Graham.

Teague had a roller-coaster season with the Timberwolves prior to the trade. In the 34 games and 13 starts he played with Minnesota, Teague ended up averaging 13.2 points to go along with 6.1 assists. He should add some much-needed firepower to the second unit for Atlanta.

Graham, on the other hand, played in 33 games and started 20 for the Wolves. He averaged just 5.2 points and 3.0 rebounds per game. In addition to those averages, Graham struggled shooting the ball at just 35.4 percent overall and 24.1 percent from the three-point line.

Atlanta has some lineup and rotation decisions to make. Teague and Graham are being given fresh starts and it will be interesting to see how they fare in their debuts with the Hawks.
