The Atlanta Hawks scored a huge win against the Brooklyn Nets on Friday, 114-96. Haws big man John Collins was one of Atlanta's best players on the evening, and the 6-foot-9 power forward closed out the victory with a SportsCenter-worthy highlight play courtesy of a Trae Young dime.

Young threw a rathe audacious alley-oop pass off the backboard, and Collins showed off his hops with an amazing finish:

Collins finished the win with 20 points on 9-of-14 shooting, to go along with two triples, eight boards, two assists, a block, and zero turnovers in just 26 minutes of play. Young also came out with a tremendous showing for the Hawks, logging 21 points, three treys, five rebounds, seven dimes, and a steal.

That wasn't Collins' only highlight play of the evening, as he also put Nets center Jarret Allen on a poster earlier in the game:

Friday's win allowed the Hawks to improve to 4-1 to start the season. Atlanta's only loss thus far came on Wednesday against the Nets, so Friday's victory was a statement win against one of the top teams in the NBA today.

It's hard to deny that the Hawks are looking like a playoff team at this point in the season.
