LaVar Ball is definitely one proud dad on Sunday as he watched his second son, LiAngelo Ball, suit up for the Charlotte Hornets in the Las Vegas Summer League.

The Ball patriarch attended the game between the Hornets and Portland Trail Blazers, in which LiAngelo came off the bench. While he didn't speak to the media prior to the contest, his choice of attire sent one clear message to his doubters.

Ball wore his Big Baller Brand hat that has the words “I Told You So” written in it.

Classic LaVar Ball!

While many people are probably annoyed by LaVar's antics, no one can deny that he really helped generate a lot of hype around his three sons. They continue to make headlines, and one clear proof of that is LiAngelo Ball's signing with the Hornets that has become the talk of the town.

It's also hard not to give him credit for believing in his children. LiAngelo has a chance to join his brothers in the NBA with the Hornets, while LaMelo has established himself as a star in the making after his Rookie of the Year campaign in 2020-21.

Meanwhile, his eldest son Lonzo Ball just signed a four-year, $88 million deal to play for the Chicago Bulls.

Although nothing is certain yet for LiAngelo, LaVar definitely has the right to say “I told you so” to his critics.
