Everyone in the Vivint Smart Home Arena — the Utah Jazz home court — was evacuated due to a “suspicious package.”

According to Tony Jones of The Athletic, some players even left with uniforms on due to the sudden evacuation. No further details has been revealed and investigations on the said package are still ongoing.

Utah forward Joe Ingles quickly took it to Twitter to warn others and wish for everyone's safety in the arena

The Jazz are fresh off a hard-fought win against the Golden State Warriors.

Donovan Mitchell led the way with 30 points, four rebounds and four assists, while his back-court runningmate Mike Conley had a sensational 27-4-4 performance.

UPDATES:

According to Andy Larsen of the Salt Lake Tribune, a bomb-sniffing dog gave a signal to a package left near the El Chubasco restaurant. Authorities are now clearing the whole perimeter, which is expected to last up to three hours.

Salt Lake City Police Department Lt. Carlos Valencia provided an update to the media regarding the incident. According to Lt. Valencia, the bomb squad still doesn't know what is contained in the suspicious package — which is a shoe box.
