One of the best feelings in the world for NBA players is being the one to seal a win for their team with a clutch shot. Utah Jazz forward Joe Ingles got to experience exactly that on Monday night when he hit a key three-pointer to clinch a win against the Detroit Pistons.

What he did after making the shot added salt to the wound:

Joe Ingles would finish the game with 13 points and eight assists. The shot put the Jazz ahead by seven points, making the score 98-91. Utah would eventually prevail by a score of 94-100, winning their 24th game of the season. The win also moved them into the eight seed of the Western Conference, passing the struggling Los Angeles Lakers. It was also the team's fourth straight win.

Joe Ingles has been a key part of the team's success this year. In his fifth season with the team, the savvy forward is averaging a career-high 11.8 points to go along with 4.1 rebounds, 4.7 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.

The Australian sharpshooter has also posted great shooting numbers. He is shooting 44 percent from the field and 37 percent from beyond the arc.

Even though he might not look like it, the Jazz veteran is actually a very solid defender. He chases smaller and faster guards around the perimeter and switches with ease.

Overall, Ingles has become a key piece of this Jazz team. It's not a shock to see him seal a key home win, and it wouldn't be surprising to see it happen again before the season ends.
