The Utah Jazz defeated the Charlotte Hornets by a score of 111-102 on Monday night, and in the second quarter of the win, Ricky Rubio found Rudy Gobert for the reverse alley-oop throwdown:

Rubio finished with 20 points and 13 assists in the victory while Gobert posted 18 points and 18 rebounds.

On the season, Rubio is averaging 12.8 points, 6.2 assists, 3.6 rebounds and 1.4 steals over 28.3 minutes per game while shooting 40.3 percent from the floor, 31.1 percent from 3-point range and 86.2 percent from the free-throw line.

The 28-year-old is now in his second season with the Jazz after coming over in a trade with the Minnesota Timberwolves during the summer of 2017.

Meanwhile, Gobert is recording 15.7 points, 12.9 boards and 2.3 blocks across 31.7 minutes a night while shooting a league-best 66.7 percent from the floor and 63.6 percent from the free-throw line.

The big man is now in his sixth NBA season, with all of them coming in Utah. However, Gobert was actually originally drafted by the Denver Nuggets in the first round of the 2013 NBA Draft, but was immediately dealt to the Jazz.

Utah notched its fifth win in a row with the victory over the Hornets and improved to 47-30 on the year, good for fifth place in the Western Conference standings.

The Jazz will be making their third straight playoff appearance and could find themselves battling the Houston Rockets in the first round of the playoffs, the same Rockets team that eliminated them from the second round of the postseason a year ago.

Utah will battle the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday night.
