Seemingly every hour there's a new Le'Veon Bell rumor, and now we've got another one. First, we heard the Jets had given Bell a deadline by which he must either accept or decline their offer, and now we have more evidence of New York's impatience.

The Jets are getting “antsy” since Bell still hasn't made his decision, per Charean Williams of ProFootballTalk.com. The last we heard, offers for Bell were only in the $11-12 million per year range. If that's true, it would be a major embarrassment to Bell and his agent, who turned down a significantly more lucrative offer from the Steelers last year.

Teams are bowing out of the race left and right, and it seems like the Jets might be bidding against themselves at this point. The Jets are anxious to get on with their offseason and spend their money elsewhere if they can't get Bell, so it makes sense why they're impatient.

The Bills turned out not to be interested, and the Raiders are seemingly content with just Antonio Brown. The Colts removed themselves from the process, and there are conflicting reports about whether or not the Ravens are interested.

Bell stalling seems like a leverage play from him and his agent at this point. The Jets are calling their bluff with this imposed deadline, and it'll be interesting to see who blinks first. It's a game of chicken between the two sides, and Bell has shown in the past he isn't afraid to take drastic measures to get what he wants. There might not be a resolution to this saga anytime soon.
